Our established manufacturing client has created a new role for a Stores Supervisor to lead their Main Stores Department and manage a small team of three.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and motivate the team to ensure daily KPIs and work schedules are achieved.

Receive stock from internal departments and external suppliers.

Pick and kit jobs to support the manufacturing departments.

Maintain full material traceability and stock location accuracy.

Ensure daily and annual stock checks are completed on time.

Provide daily performance updates and reports.

Maintain a safe, tidy and organised Stores area in line with H&S standards.
Experience and Skills

Previous stores experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Proven experience leading or supervising a team.

Confident using ERP systems and general PC applications.

Understanding of BOMs and production kitting processes.

Hands-on approach with strong organisational skills.
-
Forklift Truck (Counterbalance) licence required.

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm.
