Outbound Warehouse Operator
Salary: £30,918 + Overtime + Outstanding Benefits

The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of stock control, safety and housekeeping.
Duties include:
- Picking, staging and loading customer orders
- Operating Counterbalance FLT safely
- Completing warehouse system transactions accurately
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Following health & safety and warehouse procedures
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Working closely with colleagues across production and logistics
We're looking for someone with:
- Valid B1 Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Warehouse experience within manufacturing or distribution
- Strong IT and computer skills
- Experience using warehouse or ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- A positive team attitude
- Full driving licence and own transport
