For me, recruitment has always been about people first. I’m a big believer that the best conversations don’t always start with a specific live vacancy in mind, they start with simply getting to know someone, understanding what they do, what they enjoy, what their long-term goals are and what would genuinely be a worthwhile opportunity for them.

For candidates, I want to take the time to understand you first. My aim is to build strong relationships, understand the challenges you're facing and become someone you can pick up the phone to when you need advice on the market, salaries, talent availability or your next hire.
