Nick Crawford Current Candidates

Fully qualified mechanically biased engineer working with a high-spec, complex product in a heavy engineering environment. They are currently working within a small team in a predominately reactive role focussing on shafts, gearboxes, bearings, spindle boxes, welding (MIG & STICK) and fabrication. They also work with electrical equipment including control panels and some 3 phase motor work. A genuinely adaptable engineer with strong problem solving capabilities.

This candidate has over 20 years of manufacturing experience within the medical device industry and has managed upwards of 100 staff in varying circumstances through team leaders and chargehands. They are very capable, confident and have worked to stringent GMP standards for a number of years. Recently they established and ran their own business where they have developed new skills and experience, however they miss the hustle and bustle of manufacturing and are keen to return. Open to FMCG / heavy engineering / medical device industries and could work any shift!
